Carroll FarmS’ Berkshires are all raised on rotational pastures. Our pigs spend their days eating grubs roots and natural vegetation along with oats and grasses we plant specifically for them. They are never raised in concrete hog barns. We take great pride in a humanely raised pasture pork. All of our meat goes through an USDA federal inspection and is labeled as such. more Pictures coming soon.
